Action for Change works together with communities, individuals, charities and organisations across Scotland to:

Learn and deepen awareness of environmental issues and realities. Reflecting on our modes of living, and making fresh action towards resilience and sustainability. Working together with individuals and communities to take concrete action to resolve the challenges we all face.

In Clackmannanshire we have been working in partnership with the Council for Voluntary Service (CVS) on the Clackmannanshire Green Map Initiative, you can find our project and add sites to the Open Green Map at www.cgmi.org.uk

We also undertake other community engagement projects and you can see an example of this work here.

In Fife we have been funded by Coalfields Regeneration Trust to produce a West Fife villages map. Work experience students in 2007 also produced their own interactive map of Kincardine.

In Scotland Action for Change is an Affiliate of the Earth Charter. The Earth Charter is the UN sponsored document 'Values and Principles for a Sustainable Future'. These principles underpin our work to find out more click here
